Joseph Berry began his real estate career in 1999 at RE/MAX Alliance in Denver. Assisting two of Denver’s leading real estate brokers in developing marketing and branding from concept to creation, Joseph was trained in effective real estate transaction coordination. During this time he also focused on his completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in the School of Marketing with an emphasis in real estate at Metropolitan State University of Denver. In 2007, Joseph became business partners with the employing broker and owner of a boutique real estate firm that specialized in client care. Since then, Joseph has helped hundreds of individuals and families, as well as successfully closed over $340 million in real estate transactions. Joseph Received recognition at the 2011-2018 Realtor Roundtable of Excellence Awards Ceremony as a Top Performer in the Denver market. His former brokerage, Colorado’s Finest Real Estate, LLC was also recognized in 2011-2018 as ranked in the Top 5 Highest Producing Real Estate Brokerages in its class of 1 to 5 agents. Joseph was also recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent award recipient in 2011-2018 and is featured in issues of 5280 Magazine’s September edition. This award is given to those that provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction as indicated by clients, peers and industry experts and not sales volume. Colorado’s Finest Real Estate, LLC was also awarded “A Top Colorado Company to Sell For” by the Sales Association, which has aided in the company’s growth.
